You then receive a detailed condition report with recommended repairs and a list of the parts required to complete them, so you can make an informed decision before work proceeds.
Once the scope is approved, our service engineers rebuild the centrifuge: repairing weld areas damaged by mechanical, chemical, or erosion attack; refitting wear parts such as o-rings and gaskets; replacing worn or damaged components; carrying out approved upgrades; and balancing the rotating assembly statically and dynamically. Before the machine ships back, we complete a full test run to confirm it operates at peak performance.
We also maintain a large inventory of parts for Sharples centrifuges. When a component is hard to find or carries a long lead time, our team can reverse-engineer and fabricate it in-house, often with a short turnaround, keeping your equipment out of extended backlog waits.
